Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Taduu (taduu.com), a list and task management service operated by Limitless Automation Co. ("Taduu," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Taduu, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Taduu lets you create, share, and collaborate on lists, tasks, notes, and related productivity content across devices and with people you invite. The service includes a web app, mobile PWA, public REST API, and MCP server for AI assistant integrations.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We try to give notice for breaking changes that affect how you use Taduu, especially to API consumers.

You need an account to use Taduu. You agree to:

• Provide accurate sign-up information
• Keep your password (and any Personal Access Tokens you generate) confidential
• Be responsible for everything that happens under your account
• Be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK). Taduu is not designed for children below those ages.

Notify us at support@taduu.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Taduu for anything illegal, abusive, or that violates someone's rights
• Upload malware, attempt to break into other accounts, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated responsible-disclosure context
• Reverse-engineer the service or scrape it at volumes that degrade performance for other users
• Use the public API or MCP server to circumvent rate limits or impersonate another user
• Resell or white-label Taduu without our written agreement
• Use Taduu to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications

Suspected violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

You own the content you create in Taduu (your tasks, notes, lists, comments, etc.). By using the service, you grant Taduu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you and the people you choose to share it with.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to a short retention period for backups (see our Privacy Policy).

You're responsible for the content you put in Taduu. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

Taduu offers free and paid tiers. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page at taduu.com/#pricing.

• Free trial — new accounts get a Pro trial automatically. The trial banner at the top of the app shows how many days remain.
• Recurring billing — paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
• Cancellation — you can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds — fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue discretionary refunds for service failures on our side.
• Price changes — we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before raising the price on your existing subscription.
• Failed payment — if a renewal fails, we'll attempt to charge again over several days and email you. If the issue isn't resolved, paid features stop working until you update your payment method.

By you — delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We'll remove your data within 30 days (subject to backup rotation per the Privacy Policy).

By us — we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or remain inactive for an extended period. We'll try to give notice when possible.

Taduu is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee that Taduu will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data loss or security breach will never occur. Keep backups of critical content where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taduu, Limitless Automation Co., and their affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Taduu in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Taduu and Limitless Automation Co. from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

Programmatic access to Taduu (REST API at /api/v1/*, MCP server at /mcp) requires a Personal Access Token. Tokens inherit the access rights of the user who created them.

• Rate limit: 300 requests per minute per token by default. Exceeding this returns 429 and may result in tighter limits for repeat offenders.
• We may change endpoints with reasonable notice. Breaking changes will increment the version (currently v1); we'll keep old versions running for a deprecation window.
• You're responsible for keeping your tokens secret. We treat every token call as the user who owns it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes (e.g., new fees, narrowed user rights), we'll email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Taduu after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring the dispute in your local jurisdiction.
